Uygulamayı kurarak ve kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın. İlk kurulumda ayrıca üç zorunlu onayı işaretlersiniz (tıbbi cihaz değildir; doktora danışacağım; acilde 112'yi arayacağım).
DiaLogic T-One; girdiğiniz verilere (karbonhidrat, kan şekeri, profil) ve bilimsel literatüre dayalı formüllerle tahmini bolus insülin değerleri hesaplayan bir karar destek aracıdır. Sonuçlar tahminîdir; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya reçete değildir. Nihai karar her zaman size ve hekiminize aittir.
Uygulama 18 yaşından büyük bireyler veya reşit olmayanlar için ebeveyn/yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanım içindir. Reşit değilseniz, uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn/vasi onayıyla kullanın.
Uygulama temel özellikleri ücretsiz sunar. Bazı gelişmiş özellikler (Pro) ileride ücretli abonelik olarak sunulabilir. Satın alma, yenileme ve iptaller ilgili uygulama mağazası (Apple App Store / Google Play) üzerinden ve onların koşullarıyla yürütülür. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın politikasına tabidir.
Uygulama, içeriği ve tasarımı geliştiriciye aittir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz. Bilimsel kaynaklar ve üçüncü taraf veri/servisler ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisizlik veya hatasızlık garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici/dağıtıcı; uygulamanın kullanımından doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir zarardan (sağlık sonuçları dahil) sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulamayı kullanarak bunu kabul edersiniz.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu adreste yayınlanır; kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

DiaLogic T-One computes estimated bolus insulin values from your inputs and science-based formulas. Results are estimates and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. The final decision is always yours and your physician's.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or prescribe. Calculated values depend on parameters (ICR, ISF, target BG, TDD) that you must obtain only from your physician. Determine your insulin doses according to your physician's instructions, not the app. When in doubt, prefer less insulin and consult your physician. The app is not an emergency tool.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, you use the app for personal, non-medical, informational purposes only, and you verify results with your physician/product label before acting on them.
The app is for individuals over 18 or, for minors, for use under parental/guardian supervision and consent.
Core features are free. Some advanced (Pro) features may later be offered via subscription handled by the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) under their terms; refunds follow the store's policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer/distributor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including health outcomes) arising from use of the app.
